Such a joke, we can't even have one acknowledment that they're looking into this issue? I feel like I'm well past the period where I could have asked for a refund as well- it's like we spent $60 on the equivalent of a 50gb "paperweight" for our hardrive.

Same here. Gigabyte P35-DS3L mobo, Core 2 Quad Q8200, exactly the same issue you all have described. Very, very irritating.

I have sacrificed a lot of time to solve this and I have the same problem. I have reinstalled it I think 10times now. Used DX repair tool. Everything.
I think the connection is between the P35 chipset and the Quad core CPU.

My comp:
Sapphire Radeon HD7790
Intel Quadcore Q9550
4gb geil ram (ddr2)
Gigabyte GAP35DS3L
Hard disk space is enough. NTFS file system. Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit.
At least! We have located a source of an error.
Can it be fixed?... If it can't there should be a patch to optimize these things right away... We didn't buy this game to tell us: NO your hardware isn't good enough... Coz I can play with everything except Titanfall...
