Very Frustrating Crashing Issue - UPDATED: May Have Uncovered New Issue

Okay, so after countless hours of troubleshooting I'm pretty convinced this issue may be impossible to fix, and likely should ask for a refund soon, but here goes. I've simply been unable to stay on...

    Thanks for the suggestion benkobenkov!  My mobo mfg folded up (Abit) but was able to find a beta bios at a mods website.  Looks like this is those rare instances a BIOS update is actually required.

      And what happens for those of us whose motherboards have not released another BIOS?

      I have a Foxconn P45AL and the latest BIOS is the one I have.

      I wasn't aware that with the game I would have to buy a new motherboard as well!

        I updated my bios using MSI Live Updater, still no change.
