Very Frustrating Crashing Issue - UPDATED: May Have Uncovered New Issue

Okay, so after countless hours of troubleshooting I'm pretty convinced this issue may be impossible to fix, and likely should ask for a refund soon, but here goes. I've simply been unable to stay on...

Solution - what I did is I reinstalled my BIOS with the newest version,and game runs like a charm.Actuually I didnt do it on my own,buT caLLED A FRIEND WHO IS a specialist,5 minutes work to be honest,enjoy!
