I don't pretend to know what a Log Report contains, especially not one in a language other than those have have some fluency with.
I do know that quite a few owners of the HD 4000s had successful results using the drivers modified by the party describing them at Guru3D that I have offered references to (and cautions about), almost cerainly here within this message thread. .
PROBLEM SOLVED
I download this custom drivers from Guru3d website:
http://www.mediafire.com/download/7th5ulwui5iyin9/ATI+Catalyst+12.11+B11+HotFix+11.04+Testing.7z
Work well for me i had stable 60 fps on minimum graphic settings ^^ ( tested for now on 3 maps).
Thanks for helping!

What graphics card are you using!? - Anonymous12 years ago
@bojatao - Just had a look at the download and its detected some unwanted files!? Did you have any issues!? Also how do I go about installing the drivers when I do download them!? Any help would be great.

I do not know if you tried this, I used Driver Fusion to wipe my system of it's Video drivers and did not let Windows install any video card drivers. You go to the card's site and DL and install the latest drivers. I let Windows initially DL the drivers and everything was going good until I installed TF and tried to play and it kept telling me my card was not a Directx 10 compatible card. So I wiped out the video card drivers and went to my card site and installed the drivers and it worked. It may work and it may not? Hopefully you will get your card to work.
