Hi, like many others, i am having a weird problem where strings are infront of you and take up most of your screen. The players are also glitchy objects.

As side from what jaymzlx stated please make sure that your graphic cards drivers are up to date. @mrwiteout from your DxDiag it would seem that the drivers for your Intel card are not properly detected/installed. Do you have a dedicated card in addition to the Intel one?

There is ZERO support for any video other than AMD / nVIDIA, as has been widely publicized.
If you have a desktop style computer with an empty PCI-e video add-on slot, you put a proper game quality GPU into the slot and carefully check your power supply to make certain it provides sufficient current to support a game quality card.
If you have a laptop (tablet, netbook, notebook, all-in-one), you return the game for a refund, or if you are feeling particularly flush, you buy a computer that comes with the required hardware for the game, and you do not trust any mere salesperson's say-so on the matter.
I looked up a comparatively inexpensive gaming card this morning, at $90, on Newegg, if you are here in the states, or Canada.
