You can try to delete your game data in order to re-install and update the game.

Community AdminMake sure you delete game data, and not save data and you should be fine.
Also, can I check that you have a HDD (and not just external flash storage) as this is needed for the install.

The only data saved on my hardrive was the user data and an update. I copied the user data and deleted everything on my HDD and tried putting the disc back in. It did not work. I already contacted microsoft support and they said to do the same thing. What do I do now? Is there a problem with the game disc?
Community AdminPerhaps check for any pending or active downloads you have running, and disable them. Maybe these are preventing the automatic prompt to install the HD content.
