[XBOX] Installs from disc, fails to download update, can't play

Unable to play Titanfall 2. Bought the game on disc haven't played in a while went to play and it told me it needed an update. Update doesn't finish. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling nada. Removed the external USB hard drive to install internally, nada. Did a factory reset of the xbox and nada. Unable to play the game at all at this point. What should I do?

    Nope no errors. I resolved the issue by temporarily disabling blocks of hosts known for silent analytic and advertising aggregation at my firewall. I resolved the problem on my own.

    Are you getting any errors or anything when the update stops? If so, what's the full error you're seeing?
