Xbox one progress lost
The only answer I get from chat advisor is about a PC connectivity issue. I'm on xbox one. I was at least a level 16 or so and worked up to a 26 before stopping to find out I'm now back at a level 1. ...

Really frustrating that no one seems to have a resolve to this issue! !!!!!! Same problem here. N no one knows! Or just wants to pass the buck!! Did u get a response about this?
- It seems the there is no resolution except for sorry nothing we can do.
- Bummer. Glad I only had a day's worth into the game
that would be an unacceptable response. I am not going to keep playing just to keep losing my stats, unlocks and hard earned work it would be a waste of time
- I think it would be easier for them to server reset everyone to level 1 (not likely to happen) than to figure out who was affected and try to figure out a solution for them. I hope they fix the root cause so this doesn't happen again. Just tell us if there is nothing you can do so we stop hoping and just restart.
would at least appreciate a update everyone is quite ....i spend alot of money on EA games only to get left in the dark
