The only answer I get from chat advisor is about a PC connectivity issue. I'm on xbox one. I was at least a level 16 or so and worked up to a 26 before stopping to find out I'm now back at a level 1. ...

No season pass
Regenerated to generation 9 only to be bumped back to Generation 8 with 'All i do is win' & 'Look out below" challenges not completed (didnt complete even one game on generation 9, left the xbox as soon as i regenerated and came back to only be generation 8 again) All of my stats also reverted back such as time played, KD, games won/played etc) as if the last 6-7 hours of in game time dissapeared into thin air.
It just so happens that these 2 challenges took me hours and hours and hours to complete, not going to complete them again. Will give it a couple of days to fix and if not, trading the game back in.
