Please note, I have tried every avenue for help: Forums, help desk, asking friends, social media. Once I hit twitter, I got a response within seconds of post. I did as was advised, and this is the outcome. Please note the wait time for any type of answer, oh there wasn't just no answer, there was no help, no we are looking into, are you there, sorry for waiting, we will call, we will contact, it is going to be fixed in 2 days, 3 days, can you open up your router settings. All there was on my side of things is a perception I am going to read your previous post and we will go from there. No, it feels now like a fluff piece while I wait and they A: go to lunch B: go to smoke C: put me in a window on the bottom of the bar wating till I close and move onto the next customer to clear the ques and/or D: all of the above.
Seriously, not too sure what to think. My original twitter post was deleted from your twitter side to save on a controlling what output this issue has on customer. All I want is a simple CONSOLE issue fixed. This is why consoles should be fairly simple. You have only two possible situations outside of a console or server issue: Routers and Modems/ISP. Both of those are fine. I am able to log into your servers with other games. EVERYTHING works, except for this product, and there has been no help thus far.
