I am having this issue as well. New Xbox One with digital titanfall.
Is anyone else with this issue using TurtleBeach XOFour or XOSeven? I wonder if there is a problem with the controller update - I've got a new controller that I can test this out after Wednesday.

I found out it is not a controller problem. It is only specific maps that won't load for me (Colony and Boneyard). These seem to be the same places I was stuck at on the campaign. When I first started playing, I was able to join a party and start playing campaign. When I came back to play the campaign on my own, the colony map wouldn't load for militia. This map will also not load for multiplayer attrition.
