Xbox One Titanfall freezing

alright guys. i have the same problem you all are having, and its upsetting because i cant unlock those two other titans for my loadouts. so ive been in contact with a customer support guy from microsoft. we've done 4 things so far. the latest step we did was he reverted me back to LEVEL 40, which was a level i was BEFORE i even began the IMC campaign missions. like the rest of you i was freezing on that last level "made men". this did not work still, as i played the campaign it was still freezing. so there is another step that i am dreadfully going to do tomorrow, which is i am about to revert back to Level 1 and restart all my experience fresh from the beginning. apparently what he thinks it is, is that there is a massive cloud server which saves everyones progress as you go in any game you play. he believes that if he were to reset that cloud save to level 1 that it SHOULD fix the problem. but he did say that if that doesnt work we may have to replace the gamertag altogether. the fact that its only happening to a select number of titanfall xbox one bundles those are only solutions he has as of now, and when i called him it was the first he had even heard about it. i have tried uninstalling and reiinstalling and all other things suggested in this form. so i guess ill be the guinea pig for us all, and hopefully this works. if anyone else has any info on this problem PLEASE let me know because ive played quite a bit in order to get my experience so far. ill do the campaign first if i dont here anything from you guys before then and ill repost my results tomorrow around this time hopefully...
