Xbox One Titanfall in Game Chat

Sir or Mam,

The in-game voice chat has not worked for quite some time now. I have tried the East region and South East region to make sure it wasn't on my end on top of changing the Xbox out. If you sit in the in-gmae lobby it will show the microphone symbol next to players names, but will not allow anyone to speak on it. I have sent messages to numerous players asking if their in-game chat is working and every answer has been no. The best way to check this is to have some one please log on to an Xbox One and join the East servers and see if they can communicate via in-game chat. If worked fine for the longest time and just cut out about a month or two ago.
