[XBOX] Purchased starter pack didn't receive.

[Xbox] Not sure what happened but after receiving email confirmation haven't received the 500 tokens, loadouts or 10 2x XP tokens. Order number 5202612882.

    Hi @x_PhoneDog_x. 

    If you still aren't seeing those items you purchased I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can pull up your account and take a look. Unfortunately we aren't able to assist with missing content here on Answers HQ. 

    You can find more info on how to set up a case with them over at the EA Help website. If you prefer you could also speak with them via Twitter or Facebook instead, as well.
