No idea why the Olmec head is that big, using spanser's site for the pic for my town (it is its normal smaller size on my phone. not sure why the site has it wrong here - it messes up a couple other things in my town as well)

Okay. Here goes.
Remove the back and side parking. Move both buildings closer to the back corners. Not tight to the corners but closer. This will give you more space in the center. Put your parking spaces in front of the buildings. 8 spaces(4 and 4)for each building would look fine. Your garden perimeter could be one row of bushes instead of two but if you move your buildings it might be fine as is. Moving your buildings will let you open up your garden. Add patio tables in the garden. Add food and beverage stands. Tents are good too but I wouldn't put them in the garden. Next to the buildings would be better. You have some white barrels as debris, use those as kegs. Put them in the garden or add a SP fence on the backside of the garden as a gate. You could place them outside of the gate. Change the chain link fence to iron rails.
