Jail/Police Station/training walls help
I'm not sure how well it would work but you could try adding concrete or block walls to block the doors. Picture, you walk into the room, 3 doors to choose, 2 have block walls behind them. For this to work you might need each wall to be 3 deep (training wall-concrete-training wall).
Edit: I don't know your layout but you could have the maze lead from the police station or courthouse to the prison.
