the person as the voter, will decide when voting based on thier choice,
i want to encourage people to enter who dont decorate like yourself. what i mean by no best or worst is that however the person decorates thats suits more to your liking\stlye more thats who the vote should go to, not the best decorated or least...
is that more understandable?
