District 1: Amusement Park
I decided that the Superhero items would work in an amusement park style area, and if I bookended it with Squidport and enclosed it all behind a wall it would seem like a Downtown Disney kind of place for the rich to spend their leisure time.
A well placed billboard (which Im imagining is part of the I&S theme park) lets me use the Mental Institution as a sea-side hotel
The Death Mountain and Radioactive man statue made nice anchors for some go cart rides and then I peppered in the high end kids shops and eateries that I thought made sense.
The Pride Trees were perfect and I wish I had bought a few more.
I didnt include a picture of the attached Squidport, Im doing some re-arranging and have to create some more boardwalk tiles to expand a bit.
I moved the Opera house to the docks (It used to be incorporated into my Fighting pit, but it broke the 3D effect, so Im moved it out).
