Nice work on your 1st attempt. My only suggestion would be to move the parking spot that's in front of the entrance to your parking deck.

Awesome work I love it! I'm not sure how it would work but I had a cool idea, using a phone booth and those yellow and black gates make the entrance into a boom barrier/ticket booth.. it might not look right but worth a try! :)
