I think it looks great, 4junk! Last year, I tried a small inland pier along the same lines, but I was never happy with it. Clearly, you've hit the right formula here: more is more!
If the OP reads this post, could you perhaps rename the thread as "What Have You Done with Springfield Heights?"? There doesn't appear to be one, and I'd hate this design to get lost when one appears.
