Hopefully when the rumored heights act 3 is released there will be some new decorations and buildings released.

None of it will be for in-game cash though...
Eh, in game cash really only has 2 uses. 1) Buying new plots of land. 2) purchasing the 3 donut prize box from a mini-game or level up. Seeing as we haven't had a level update, or even a normal content update to use the cash on.GamerGD3 wrote:

Very true, I must admit I missed the bit about game cash in the post.- I see SFH only as extra land I combine all togher SFH and SF stuff.
- Well I've just reached the final chapter of the giant redwood and Burns mebtions a new exclusive housing estate coming fall 2016, so maybe we will get new stuff later this year.

- upgrading places like IRS building
- working through things like the Redwood Tree and Money Mountain
- buying Aspirational Buildings
Cash has more than two uses.- Yeah but once you've bought all that stuff cash becomes almost useless
- Would be nice to get part 3 of SH.
Must admit I'm still on the IRS building - one more level and the redwood tree but only because of the past fire task.

I was simply showing that stating that "cash really only has 2 uses" isn't really right.
We have no idea what the future holds. More things like the Redwood Tree could appear. More Aspirational Buildings could suddenly appear. New levels requiring costly buildings could appear.
