I didn't nuke, but my town is mostly clear.
I didn't want to nuke because I have Corn growing and 15 days left and I also like my Squidport and didn't want to redo it.
I've bought all the land possible and have over 6 million in cash so no worries there.
I think start at the load point might be a good idea and my Jebediah statue was going to be my load point too.
