The News Van does allow you to do a 4-hour Live Broadcast which gives you the same cash amount as the 8-hour broadcast.I did do the tarmac, wire fence combo because, honestly, that's what the TV stations around me actually look like. I used the brick walls along the back of the lot instead of the wire fence, though, and the orange bricks looks decent against the aqua blue building.I didn't put the TV antennae tower or the weather station next to the station, though, I put them in a small, fenced off area with some trees at the base of the Springfield sign.

This is mine, inspired by Mae's.

I put my Channel 6 along with the antenna, weather station and van all on the same plot of land. I sectioned off the front of the building with pavement and put some parking spaces there for the van. The antenna has grass at the base of it so I left grass at the back of Channel 6 and put the antenna there. I think it looks pretty good.

Here is what I have done so far. Kinda plain, but I added a small area for Kent to relax without having to leave the station campus.
