What did you do with Channel 6?
The News Van does allow you to do a 4-hour Live Broadcast which gives you the same cash amount as the 8-hour broadcast.
I did do the tarmac, wire fence combo because, honestly, that's what the TV stations around me actually look like. I used the brick walls along the back of the lot instead of the wire fence, though, and the orange bricks looks decent against the aqua blue building.
I didn't put the TV antennae tower or the weather station next to the station, though, I put them in a small, fenced off area with some trees at the base of the Springfield sign.
