I think the Ziff Hotel and the Artie Holo-present go really well with each other.

I made a little area for the firepit, Tunnel of Love Cave, Orfanato De Artie Ziff, and Harpoon Hill. I also made a little dock for the ships, put Temperance's House and a few other buildings at the dock entrance and some on the dock along with the billboard.
