I was going to put the bicycle graveyard behind an abandoned country club until I realised that there isn't one in the game. I spent a while trying to look for another building that have their own parking lots like Spiro's and the fortune teller shop but I didn't find anything else so I used Shorty's since I didn't have a design for it. I did a simple and quick design with the other prizes in the event and some items from Homer vs the 18th Amendment.
