What should I do to my skyscraper area?
I like how you've arranged them next to each other. To decorate them, I used pavement and little urban things like lamp posts, trees, parking meters, a fountain. If you have land for it, one idea would be to try to set them up around a backdrop of water -- IMO, skyscrapers look best this way, in TSTO and in real life.
In my town, I set them up to be the focal point of my urban area, and I tried to surround them with as much water as possible, so they stand out more:
