I built myself a quaint little medieval village in the new frontier. The mountains make a wonderful natural barrier, and I like how the Serfsons’ cottage is located outside the village’s walls. Click the link to see. - Yes I've done a couple things with event items.
- Here’s my Springfieldia. Hit the item limit (again! ?) so not quite finished the forest area to the side.
This has been a good event - finally gave me inspiration to do something in the Norther expansion area! - 4junk3000New Spectator
Um, is there a task for Barney to “crop-dust” the fortune teller?? ??
That’s simply awesome. Great choice of decorations! I just posted a pic of my cheesy theme restaurant in another thread, but it’s intended to disguise a block of wailing walls. This is soooo much cooler! Well done! - Cheesy theme restaurant?

- I made a huge medieval section, here's the dragon's lair:
- 4junk3000New SpectatorWow these look great, @skollthewolf , @JJR2112 , & @Castiel_Touk !!!
THIS is my final design for the event. My objective was to add the castles along the river so it appears there's some old history of territorial conflict between them. The peaceful village of merchants is in front, and separated from the more sinister castles in the rear. Shadow Knight's lair is across the river and connected with a suspension bridge. I've used a lot of stone features together here to imply that pioneers here were the original stonecutters of the area. The dragon is positioned to fire on the sacrificial altar. Slaves work the power plant or face the consequences!
THIS is my entire Humbleton neighborhood. It is intended to show architectural progress from castles to Tudor to Victorian to modern, as merchant trade expanded towards the west and what would eventually become Springfield, beyond the cemetery grounds.
THIS is a large chunk of my North region, with "Castle Row" forming a ridge that runs between the rivers that separate Christmas Village to the north, and the haunted forest to the south. All of my castles are along this ridge except one.
This image is over 10k pixels wide and i stitched it together by hand using MSPaint - lol!
This event was more fun than I expected! Thanks, @EA!
