WHYDW Billionaire Haven

Question

I'm finally designing my Springfield Heights area and am having trouble with the Billionaire Haven.  It looks so out of place on its own.  I've tried combining it or covering it with other buildings but nothing looks right.  I don't want to store it but ugh...it's just so ugly.  What have you guys done with it?

Stuck it in a corner far far away. With orphan alley and other undesirable income producers that I don't want to store. Not that it produces anything, but Paris Texan is tied to it.

That's quite nice!  Really like how the other buildings fit around it.  I wound up just throwing mine in a remote corner but now I wish I had saved some space to and dress it up like yours.

@JJR2112 that looks great. Best billionaire haven I have seen yet! I didnt think it was possible to do anything decent with it but you just proved me wrong!
