- I’m going with this. I almost redesigned a huge section of town, but i really liked the existing layout and the changes weren’t really worth it once i tested them. I don’t like the lack of parking and flora, but the monorail pieces are just too darn big. I do want the monorail bridge used in my town, and this is the only place it fits, so it is what it is. I like it enough. My main concern was having this building on the cliff edge, and sharing the helipad.

LOL! If you Have any questions about this design, feel free. There’s a lot of stuff going on there. The sequence of placement to make it all work was very specific- This is start of it and it will expand into the richest homes etc...

https://i.imgur.com/QB6K9vW.jpg - Do you even have it yet? Its part of the Road to Riches mini task. You have to send Cecil Terwilliger on task from the monorail trail station.
Open up the rail yard and then click on the green binder in the lower left corner. This shows the Road to Riches game. Invest money to unlock the buildings. When you unlock Beloved Billionaires club, you are supposed to have access to building the golden roads.

The trees you have behind your billionaires club (nice layout), where’d you get those trees?? Those particular trees aren’t in my store ?
