WHYDW Column Mansion & Incubator Think Tank

It's been harder to make them look good than I thought. The Column Mansion  was given an odd size so it won't line up with other decorations.

Very hard to design with and even I haven't managed to come up with a design for them yet.

Nothing too fancy. The mansion kinda got shoved into a spot where it fit, the think tank went to my Springfield of tomorrow.
