My first design is with the premium building, the dog college. This design intends the college owner to have the dog track (for its drop-outs) and that sweet house is theirs too! This property is in my rural, higher-end Cypress Creek neighborhood. I like how the new bleachers pair with this track too. I also wanted to use all these candy features we have, together creatively. - 4junk3000New SpectatorPet Costumes seemed appropriate in the Shoppes of SF Glenne district;
Attack dog training seemed like a nice home-based business for these environmentally conscientious folks;
…and the Police Dog school has been added to my Military Academy campus near Fort SF.
Fun but challenging buildings for our towns! Their sizes did not integrate well w the grid's surface restrictions. For example, I had to make the driveway parking area at the attack dog home wider than expected, to match grass edges w the fences. That set the overall size for the home's property lot. And then I had to redesign all the nearby lots to appear similar in zoning standards. The nearby houses had segments of fence styles we dont have, so I used trees to form property lines.
Fun! Bring on Stage 2! :)
Added the dog park to SF park ?
Combined attack dogs to the animal academy... with a little agility course...

No Kill Kennel as part of the outlands forest area...- 4junk3000New SpectatorHere’s my latest designs!
I updated my dog school layout; keeping all the dog facilities in the same block, and added some dogs: like that they now have a nice shared training field.
I added the dog fair items to my fairgrounds so it’s a combo pet and BBQ day:
…except the fish stand went to Ned’s theme park:
think it’s hilarious to have the cider stand in front of the forbidden fruit ? tree!
The animal hospital was added to the professional office park. I juggled these buildings until I had a suitable sidewalk for each suite, which was not easy to find. Brutus bringing his Two-nicorn in for a checkup!
The kennel, dog lounge, and discount pet store were all added to my rural ‘Transylvania’ neighborhood on the edge of SF. I tried making the lounge look like a former KeM that had been remodeled by new owners, who may be “420 friendly" with the solar-powered cannabis farm next door. Meanwhile; the no-kill kennel is an odd design with its cage placement; so I tried flipping it to look like they are in the BACK yard instead.
discount pet store seems popular with the old hippie ladies LOL
The dog park was added to Springfield Park, where the Flanders family is celebrating.
I think one dog escaped, do you see it? :) - As always : amazing work ! ?

Just added the ‘people catcher’ truck, and cleverly positioned is just a dog catcher truck. Neat!
