WHYDW Factories and Industrial Buildings
I recently started designing a factory district in my town and I'm curious to know what everyone has done with their factories and any other industrial buildings.

This is one of my oldest neighborhoods of SF. It WAS an older industrial area, that lately has an after hours club scene. The old steel mill reportedly has a rave party that's been going continually for over a month. You can see the line going down the alley to get in. They do well with the pharma dispensary right near by.
