Nice look! How did you incorporate the prison and surrounding buildings into it? I'm having a tough time getting anything to look decent with Orphan Alley so I may borrow this idea!

I've since redesigned this area, as i wasn't happy with how the buildings of the alley seemed to have a back side but no front. The Dead Lobster also fit perfectly at the head of the alley way.
So i changed the prison parking lot, added a dead-end road, and now prisoners are transported in from there. Eddie on guard for this shot was a lucky coincidence!
I added a lot more trash, bent lamp post, etc. to really crud up this slum area. I wish we could put trash under the monorail track! I also increased the size of the yards behind the factories, then added some chemical drums and the boiling Lucite bin to the pharm lab, and a power transformer behind the spiro plant. I'm really happy with it now. The tenement buildings now have a nice view of the prison in front and factories out back. Swell place to live, not!
