Finally got started

With over a dozen new buildings, i had to do some planning of multiple layouts, as i don’t have enough open real estate to combine all into one new design. I’ve decided to do 3 new/improved areas.

This design is going to expand the low income district between the prisons and the industrial park. I’ll use 4 of the dirtiest buildings, plus the 3 overhead rail buildings


This one is going to create a new strip of 4 retail stores across the river from Capital City. I’ll use the most prominent brand names here. I’m trying to widely distribute the brand names so similar stores aren’t too close to each other.


This one is going to significantly increase the density of my “Little Tokyo” district. I will use 4 of the buildings not already designated elsewhere.

Here are the new houses. These brick homes were added to my Olde SF historic district:

I already do, I got a scummy area I've had for years. wish I had those new buildings though :(
