pretty much the same way, but I "use time since last log in" as a big deciding factor. also I have mostly ligh level towns as well.

which one? high level towns or time since last log in? I just use the time since last log in as another deciding factor... if its a nice looking, high level town I will give them 6 mos before I consider axing.
