100 donuts for two skins?
They don't in general do events where you *have* to buy premium items to finish. Yes, they will probably make it much quicker, but not strictly necessary.

I had the donuts, so I went ahead and got them. I may end up regretting it, but it seemed wrong to not have all the firefighters.
