100 donuts for two skins?
They don't in general do events where you *have* to buy premium items to finish. Yes, they will probably make it much quicker, but not strictly necessary.

Personally, I think anything 60 and below is reasonable for skins. I skipped almost all the skins for the first 6 months I played because they were in the 70-120 range (the Halloween skins were by far way more overpriced), but I've picked up all the skins for the past two events because the prices have come down considerably.
