I dunno-- I doubt they'll want to create two more sides for every building already in existence
 +1 . I agree with this.
But 360 on buildings is much need tho. It also annoys me that cars point a different way to the parking losts lol- I don't see them making a back, but I do see having a left and right different sides. Perhaps not on the older buildings, but I see the feature coming for more objects and possibly buildings.
Because when I see the side door, I feel obligated to not block it (or have someone walk out into the water). Same with other buildings with side doors. - There are so many more important things I would rather have than the ability to look at the backside of the Aztec Theater.
...Or anything for that matter.Dohmer9 wrote:
I did notice that the boardwalk fences have 360 rotation so that you can always have the fence on the edge of the boardwalk. so 4 way rotation has at least been added to the code as a possibility now
Except the fence looks the same from every angle. The only thing that changes is which edge of the square it sits on. kelekod wrote:
When I was re-imagining my Squidport I noticed something interesting. When you turn the Itchy & Scratchy store, there's a door when it has a right face, but no door when it has a left face (down-left, down-right). So I wonder if this in preparation for buildings to be able to be turned 360 degrees by them getting a different side.
If you turn the Annex building, the door switches sides (along with other older buildings).
So that is my evidence, perhaps some accompanying photos with an update to this post.
There are other old buildings like this, but I can't name them off the top of my head.- mwdaltonNew SpectatorAndroids Dungeon is different on each side.
- This game hasn't even begun until we can spin everything N,W,E,S.
Still feeling like Atari ;)
