Did this also happen with Moe's Casino? First days of the event it felt like it paid out more as well.
I agree with not spilling the beans on beneficial gameplay mechanics to an extent.
However, there's a difference between directly contacting EA and informing them and people who are genuinely happy and share their 'luck' on the forum just so others can benefit. There's nothing wrong with the latter.
Even if these posts got EA to issue a patch, calling people out on this is unnecessary and will only sour the mood.
The 'good' thing is that it seems lots of people were hoarding their coins for the next act anyway so nothing notably has been lost.
