A good experience from EA support
Good to hear you got the donuts back. Which email address at EA did you use? I'm asking so people who've got issues in the future know the best way to contact EA.

Honestly I don't know. I think it was just under the "contact us" part of the site. I sent in my complaint and was responded to in a couple of hours by customerexperience@ea.com telling me they were escalating me to a higher department. That was the only email address I received anything from buteach different note was signed by different people. I'm just glad i didn't get cheated.
