Well whoever's flagged it didn't necessarily post on the thread also.

Either way I don't think attempting to call the person out by elimination is wise.

If the flag system has been misused then it would be for the moderators to address. Or it could be the OP just has to consider somebody didn't appreciate their post however strange that opinion might seem.

I dont see how this is any different than someone saying a new update is out when it isnt... except it's from someone who provides real info, leading people to believe it's real. We get it...the game doesnt load. I dont see the point of a new thread to complain about it, while simultaneously misleading players. Just my two cents though.
