I was one of the people keeping track. I should have gotten my 5 donuts a couple weeks ago. Still none today. I had stopped counting until it gives me the donuts. I am hoping the update fixed the issue. I began counting again today hoping the update fixed it so we will see.

I believe that what we figured out is that they increased the number of balloons you have to pop to get the donuts. LPNintendo says that the number was changed to 300. I was getting them every 120 pops before that.
