Yup, I got him from the jack o lantern and he is not there. I can even prove it because if I go to "Treehouse of Horror XXVI Adults" character group, he is missing. Not in inventory either.
I couldn't find him at first. After synchronizing I found him in my inventory in the All category, after minimal scrolling.
If this might not work you can try and reboot and look for him.
