Act 2 starts now!
Does everyone else still have Ahead of the Track still in the task list even though we can't collect blueprints anymore? Update: The task goes away after visiting neighbors/etc.

I thought the cap for most of Act Two is 7,500. Does tape from neighbors count towards that? After visiting neighbors I'm at 7,647 tapes but can still hand in more Projects.
What counts towards the cap?
Could it be some overflow buffer from your previous day's cap?
