Act 2 starts now!
Does everyone else still have Ahead of the Track still in the task list even though we can't collect blueprints anymore? Update: The task goes away after visiting neighbors/etc.

Did you try a resync, a few people had this problem in act 1 and a resync sorted it out or try clearing a few stinklines
