Nice. It always bothers me that certain animations are only utilized once (i.e. the Guinea Pig Rescue Center).

@airjordonlives: Thank you for that! I think you've been playing longer than me.. What is the 'presidential estate'? and what's the animation for the old Simpson's house and Springfield Arms? Any others she can bring to life?
