You will only need to complete the age verification process once - Does this mean some children will lose their towns??

It's been mandated by law, they have no choice.- So lets say you are 8, whats stopping a child putting something like 17 in the box??

At EA we're all for protecting your privacy. That's why we are implementing a feature in which you place your age in a database for us, don't worry, nothing will be affected by this.

So basically for no reason what's so ever you're looking for our age, when regardless of what we put you won't change anything.
Makes it sound like EA want to know how many players can actually pay money, this whole feature is as useful as a chocolate teapot to us. danbyization wrote:

It explains why they are doing this and what it means.- You have to be 13 or over to play the game, have i got this right
- COPPA is not a new law. I think this probably has more to do with the iTunes in app purchase settlement.
