If you have registered for Origin, you have already confirmed your age during the registration process and will not encounter the above age verification process.

Being <ahem> more mature myself, I don't think this is that big of a deal. Having said that, the way I interpret this is that when we log onto the game itself, not to Origin directly, they'll be some sort of age verification required. Or perhaps the game will force us to log into Origin and do the age verification there.
