Airport Contest Status: LANDED

Winners have been announced in the original post of the Contest thread. Please visit the Showcase Section to view the results. You're welcome of course to discuss here since it's in GD, or over there.
The thread over there will eventually be retitled WHYDW: SF Airport so future builders can refer to the fantastic designs shared here this week, idolizing their creators for all eternity. (or until another forum migration that loses every original post. D'oh!)

HERE'S HOW TO PLAY:
1. Make a nice airport design in your town. Take a pic, save/host it online someplace like imgur, and PM me the link.
2. On or about March 17th, I'll post all entries received to a nice new thread.
3. After a week, we tally votes and honor a favorite with our highest praise: a round of golf claps and a keg of digital beer!
I've posted guides as have others on how to stitch together screen shots for a nice big photo, if you're still not familiar with the technique. It takes a small amount of time but it's fun to see a segment of your town in full, and good practice for that complete SF town mosaic you have dreamed of, so give it a shot just for the Jedi of it. (Really? Heck isn't there but Jedi is? Whatever, spell check.)
Ok get designing, get screen capturing, get uploading, get PMing, and then get ready, for the best airport contest this forum has ever held!

It's been a little while since we had a contest, and since I hosted the monorail version I'm thinking about hosting an airport version.
Anyone interested?
Please reply here with a short confirmation you would participate with an entry. If there's at least 10 definites, I'll create a submission post in the Showcase, and accept entries for a week.
